Meet Sam... Sam is an experienced rugby coach and player, having played rugby for 12 years and been a volunteer coach for 5 years, so she is willing to pass on her vast knowledge of the game to others.

Sam's main coaching objective is to make everyone enjoy each session and want to continue playing rugby. She always aims to make sessions productive while still being fun.

Our Motto: “Mens Sana in Corpore Sano”

“Mens sana in corpore sano” is a Latin phrase, usually translated as “a sound mind in a sound body” or “a healthy mind in a healthy body”. In the western world, the phrase is widely used in sporting and educational contexts to express the theory that physical exercise is an important or essential part of mental and psychological well-being.
